For a farming family in an idyllic landscape. An energy efficient house capturing wonderful rural views.

Now completed, the 6 bedroom house has a 6 star rating with high quality double glazing throughout and generous roof overhangs.

On a sloping site, it nestles among huge granite boulders, a striking feature in the landscape.

Also of interest is the charred timber cladding, an elegant solution, free of maintenance for life!

Sheep graze the rolling hills around the new house which was modelled in both 2D & 3D to enable virtual reality analysis.

New Medical Center Concept

Nicholson St

East Brunswick

A surgery & residence for a doctor and his family. Many thanks to the council (City of Moreland) giving us accelerated approval because they want to encourage appropriate commercial development.

The ground floor medical rooms are designed for ready access to the tram in Nicholson St, providing full medical services including pathology and treatment rooms.

The project includes a separate first floor level with a residence for his family.

Recently completed by our trusted craftsmen, this lovely Victorian has been reshaped with new kitchen / living space, all new bathrooms extending to a honed bluestone north facing terrace looking onto a stunning heritage garden. The entry hall leads to an unusual glass arched screen, defining the casual living space, the original arch replicated to usher in guests.
