These amazing multi level volumes were created by Prof. Daryl Le Grew AO. An elaborate stair system affords many interesting angles. Perhaps some scenes for the next Bond film?

The site has 11 industrial buildings offering many long shot opportunities for filming.
The architecture reflects the roaring 20's, largely intact.
Many of the original whisky barrels remain.Among the many activities on this amazing site is a state of the art vehicle storage business -
The property also has other transport related activities such as truck parking & fueling. There is even a salt business continuing the past tradition of the Cheetham company which occupied the whole site after Corio Distillers ceased trading in the 1980's.
Adapted for various modern uses, the main building formally housed historic vehicles and was previously home to the important Ford car collection.

The cellars evoke a past era, occupying 3 floors of 2,000 sqm each, vast empty spaces available for immediate use!
In the main building, light has been introduced in the 1980's to add drama to the vast interior, the original 5m copper stills as the center piece.
There was a place for everyone, even the gate keeper but also the duty office, across the way, to enforce the considerable taxes paid on 15 million gallons / year of spirits produced here.
